Get your Vitamin D or you are going to be a cranky bear soon enough. Learn more about winter depression. Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill and Natalie Ambruglia suffered from SADD.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is found in fish oil, but most of our food sources -- chiefly milk -- are fortified with the vitamin. That's important because people living at higher latitudes, as in Canada and parts of the United States, don't have access to strong sunlight from about October to early March.
Use supplements, beer, fortified milk, heat lamps, or vacations to keep your steeley edge.
