Looking for a cheap group costume... Reno 911! All you really need is a khaki shirt / pants (and if you're Officer Dangle really short shorts), some black fabric for your stripes and pockets, and accessories (think aviators, guns and nightsticks). All together? About $25 and absolutely hilarious. Visit your local Ricky's for the works.
