Taco's Bell's new promotion "Steal a Base, Steal a Taco" has officially begun. If any player can steal a base in any game in the World Series Taco Bell will offer one free taco to every single person in the country between 2-5pm. That's right New York, for once you're not the only ones mooching off promotional deals.
